Pet Boarding Policies

Vaccinations

The safety of our campers is our top priority. We require proof of the following vaccinations be faxed to us prior to check-in.

  • Dogs: Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella
  • Cats: Rabies, Feline distemper (FVRCP), Flea/Tick Preventative

Pets must have received inoculations least 5 (five) days before entering the Resort.

PLEASE NOTE: It is The Pet Owner's responsibility to provide us with the pet's most current vaccination records. Canine Influenza Virus vaccine is not mandatory but strongly recommended.


Parasite Control Policy & Entry Inspection

MANDATORY ENTRY EXAM

We work hard to ensure a safe and parasite-free environment for your pet. As part of this effort, every dog is required to have an entry inspection ($40- $100) to verify they are free of fleas and ticks, healthy and behaviorally sound. We will not board any pets with parasites. We will not board aggressive dogs or any animals that exhibit behaviors that could injure a pet or staff member.

This charge also includes an exit Aloe Vera bath and fluff dry.


Medications

We will gladly administer medications. Additional charges may apply for special circumstances.

  • 1x day: $5
  • 2x day: $8

Food From Home

We are happy to serve your food from home for an additional fee of $5 per day. Please package the correct amount in a ziploc bag or bring in a sealed plastic container. Provide some extra food as camp is "Rock, Ruff & Roll"! We will gladly return any extra food.

All fresh/raw diets will be an additional $10-$20 per day depending on size and must be individually bagged per meal and frozen to keep fresh.
 
** ALL DOGS WITH ALLERGIES OR GASTRIC SENSITIVITIES MUST BRING IN FOOD!

Bedding & Toys

We strongly recommend that you leave bedding and toys at home. They are not guaranteed back. We are a hotel, which means we provide the linens! Your dogs seldom play with toys here because the environment and daily activities are so different from home. Disinfected toys are provided and maintained during playtime.


Deposits

Space is held on a first-come, first-served basis. Your deposit amount will be given when booking your reservation. Customers are given the non-refundable date at the time they leave the deposit. If a cancelation is made on or before that date- you will be refunded the deposit minus a $10 credit card processing fee. If a cancellation is made after the nonrefundable date- the complete deposit is forfeited. The deposits are not transferable to a future stay.

Saturday: 9:00AM to 11:00AM


Pick-Up Times

Monday – Friday: 8:00AM to 11:00AM

Monday – Friday: 4:00PM to 5:00PM

Saturday: 9:00AM to 11:00AM

Sunday: 5PM (Prepaid by appointment only)

We operate our pet resort much like a hotel. If you pick up your pet before 11AM, you are NOT charged for that day. All afternoon pickups will be charged the full daily rate.

We require 24 hour notice to change the exit date and pickup time. Any changes to reservations must be done over the phone and left on the answering machine or with a staff member. If you do not show for pickup at scheduled time you will be charged a no show fee.

NO SHOW FEE $30.
